There is a Cuban proverb that says, "What is new is pleasing and what is old is satisfying." At the family owned Cuban Bistro, we have strived to create a delightful mix of old and the new with traditional Cuban food (with a Californian twist) and musical entertainment reminiscent of Cuba's golden era.


		LATIN CUISINE WITH A TWIST There is something special about traditional food with a unique twist. Our chef brings a Californian influence, which is the secret ingredient that makes this already great food outstanding.
		LIVE MUSIC Come and enjoy a night of traditional Cuban music. Our location and atmosphere provide a fantastic place to celebrate. Private function bookings are welcome. We provide live salsa music on Friday night from 9pm to 12am and live jazz on Thursdays from 7pm to 9pm.
		JOIN US FOR HAPPY HOUR Our extensive bar includes the Cuban staples - Mojito, Cuba Libre, and Sangria, as well as 17 different Martinis including our famous Vodka Mojito Martini!
